phspi Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phspi ("phspi," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phspi.net ("the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the phspi platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the phspi platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the phspi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phspi, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phspi or by any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

phspi reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, or where phspi has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements have been misrepresented.

To access the full range of phspi services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all phspi accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one phspi account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and other information as requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phspi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify phspi immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account verification: phspi may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your phspi account at any time by contacting customer support. phspi may also close or suspend accounts that are inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable regulations regarding unclaimed balances.

All financial transactions on the phspi platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods: phspi accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• Prohibited funding sources: Deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phspi aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at phspi's discretion.
• Verification before withdrawal: phspi reserves the right to require full identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player.

phspi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phspi reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotional terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification and withdrawal: phspi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

phspi offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, crash games, and sports betting. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• Random Number Generation: All applicable games on phspi use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
• Game-specific rules: Each game on the phspi platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, phspi reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. phspi's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection policy: If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules and the outcome recorded by phspi's servers. phspi is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the specific sportsbook terms published on the Platform. phspi reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular activity or where odds were published in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phspi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phspi immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phspi staff or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusion orders.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent time.

phspi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phspi account at any time. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set session time limits to control the amount of time spent on the Platform in any given period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of varying durations. All content on the phspi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of phspi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phspi.
• The phspi name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phspi. You may not use any phspi trademark without prior written authorization.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phspi regarding the Platform may be used by phspi without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phspi's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• phspi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• phspi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• phspi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) unauthorized access to your account; (c) interruptions or failures of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond phspi's reasonable control; or (d) any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit phspi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phspi is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, provided that phspi has operated the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

phspi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phspi platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• phspi collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• phspi implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• phspi may share your personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

phspi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phspi will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phspi platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Informal resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phspi platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phspi customer support at [email protected]. phspi will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
• Formal proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Regulatory complaints: Players who are not satisfied with phspi's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or other relevant regulatory authority, as applicable.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
