phspi Privacy Policy

phspi ("phspi," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the phspi platform ("you" or "Player"). Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, phspi processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your phspi account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC/AML obligations under the AMLA, age verification requirements under PAGCOR regulations, and data retention obligations.

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfer providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged to assist with identity verification and document authentication.
• Fraud prevention and AML services: Third-party providers of anti-fraud screening, AML transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening services.

All third-party service providers engaged by phspi are required to process personal data only in accordance with phspi's instructions and applicable data privacy laws, and to implement appropriate security measures to protect the data entrusted to them.

phspi uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the phspi.net platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our platform.

phspi uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the phspi platform, including session management, login authentication, and security functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as language preferences and responsible gaming tool configurations.
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use the phspi platform, helping us identify areas for improvement. Analytics data does not identify individual users.

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your phspi account and for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing regulations.
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years following account closure.
• Customer support communications: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer where required for ongoing dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of consent.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and platform improvement purposes, unless longer retention is required for an ongoing investigation.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under the DPA — for example, the right to erasure does not apply where phspi is required to retain data to comply with a legal obligation such as AMLA record-keeping requirements.

The phspi platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phspi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

phspi employs age verification procedures during the registration process to prevent access by minors. If phspi becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
