No. phspi strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any winnings being forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support at [email protected] rather than creating a new one.

Log in to your phspi account and navigate to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact number, email address, and mailing address. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to your verified identity. If there is a genuine error in your name or birthdate, contact [email protected] with supporting documentation.

If you wish to permanently close your phspi account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Our team will process your request, ensure any remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method, and close the account within 5 business days. phspi does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — particularly for inter-bank transfers. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their applicable charges. GCash and Maya transfers between accounts of the same provider are generally free.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal on phspi include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and the payment account name, or a pending security review.
